The workshop proceedings will be published as a book in Springer's Lecture Notes in Control and Information Sciences series. Contributing authors are asked to comply with the following instructions while preparing the final versions of their papers:

When and how to submit:

The final version is due on October 17 by 5pm (EST) and should be sent as an attachment to an email message addressed to nesc@ee.nd.edu with subject NESC05_01_xxx where xxx should be replaced by the number of the previously submitted abstract.

File format:

The final version should be in LATEX and PDF format. Please include all the files necessary to compile your paper such as bibfiles and figures.

Paper length:

The final version is limited to 20 pages including figures and references.

Paper format:

The final version should be prepared in Latex using Springer's Latex class svmult.cls available here. In addition to the class file, you will also find a file named author.tex that you can modify to produce your paper. Do not forget to produce an abstract that should appear before the first section. More complete instructions can be obtained from Springer's website.

Note that we will not be able to include papers not prepared in Latex with the class svmult.cls in the proceedings book.
