The workshop will take place at the University of Notre Dame campus. The University of Notre Dame is located in South Bend, Indiana. The location is roughly 120km east of downtown Chicago.

Notre Dame is always on Eastern Standard Time.

The workshop will be held in the Hesburgh Center Auditorium located in the
Hesburgh Center for International Studies (campus map).

The local airport is Michiana Regional Airport in South Bend, abbreviation SBN. All major US carriers are flying to this airport which is about 6km from the University  of Notre Dame. If you search for a flight we recommend that you search first for a flight to SBN. This is often faster and sometimes even cheaper than a flight to Chicago. If you fly to Chicago (code CHI which covers all Chicago airports) then there is regular bus schedule which lasts close to 3 hours:

Bus schedule to and from O'Hare and Midway airports in Chicago.
Train service to and from downtown Chicago and the University of Chicago (59th Street).
